Listrak makes it easy to collect and store subscribers’ preferences without relying on them to fill out forms or manage a Preference Center on their own. Listrak’s Dynamic Profiling feature allows you to capture the information in all of our reports so you can automatically update each contact profile with that data. Later, you can target and segment your list based on the profiling preferences. The information allows you to gain intimate knowledge on each contact to learn what information is the most relevant to him or her in an unobtrusive way. It also eliminates the need to update each profile manually, so you save time.

For example, if you are viewing Listrak’s Link Tracking Report, you will see each link that a contact clicked on in your messages. You can then automatically add the link names to the contact’s profile so you have a concise click history that may be used for trending purposes and for understanding that particular contact’s behavior and needs. An online travel agent that sends out a weekly email newsletter offering special deals on vacation packages will be able to see which contacts are interested in Mediterranean cruises and which ones are interested in skiing trips to Alaska by monitoring which links each contact clicks on to view. With Listrak’s Dynamic Profiling, that information will be automatically stored in the contacts’ profiles. The travel agent can then use that information to send targeted emails offering travel details on each contact’s preferred destination.
